In Need of a Consistent Exercise Routine?

Well that’s a silly question, isn’t it!? Being consistent will help you get the results that you are looking for.

Keep the following things in mind.

You need to be realistic
Set small, achievable goals at first. If you are new to exercise, plan to work out three times a week. Then move to every other day. As you progress you may build up to a 5-day weekly routine.

Find someone to keep you accountable
To keep yourself accountable you can hire a personal trainer, or find yourself a workout buddy. Try pairing up with someone who is inspiring and reliable. Or join/follow a fitness group online, you’d be surprised at the support you can find.

Have a specific plan before you start
You’ll want to build in a variety of workouts to keep things fres. You will need to plan ahead, and that might be a little tricky. You might want to meet with a personal trainer, or book a fitness assessment.

Set goals and keep track of your progress
Maybe your goal is to lose weight or run a marathon. It could also be as simple as getting active. Seeing progress will keep you motivated and consistent.

One last tip, find your inspiration!!
