Banana and Berry Smoothie

When it’s hot outside, I don’t want to cook. And, I’m sure that I’m not alone!  Give this smoothie recipe a try. 
 
*3/4 cup (175 mL) low-fat plain yogurt
*1/2 cup (125 mL) skim milk
*1 banana
*1/2 cup (125 mL) fresh or frozen berries

AND: A scope of protein powder of course!!!

Once you have all the ingredients, blend!!

Remember: Milk and yogurt are good sources of vitamin D
