Close Grip Bench Press

Lying Tricep Extension

Rope Pulldowns

Notes
When I really want to push myself I substitute one of the tricep exercises with some tricep dips.  Or I throw in a few push up’s.  How many reps and how many sets!?!  4 sets, 15 reps
